A new poll shows most teens admit they spend too much time on their cell phones. The poll, from Pew Research, shows 54-percent of teens between 13 and 17 confess they spend too much time on their phones.
Fifty-two percent of teens in America have tried to cut back on their cell phone usage with 57-percent trying to limit the time they are on social media sites while 58-percent are trying to scale back the playing of games on their phones.
Additional research shows 72-percent of teens admit they often check their phones as soon as they wake up while 40-percent feel anxious when they do not have their phones on them. Fifty-six percent admit they feel lonely, upset or anxious if they do not have their phones.
