(Toledo) - Investigators are trying to track down a suspected bank robber who was mistakenly set free on Wednesday.
The FBI is on the look out for 28-year old Don Woodson Ellis who walked out of the Lucas County Jail in Toledo this week.
Ellis used deception to gain his release from the lock-up on Wednesday although the nature of his deceptive acts were not being detailed. The FBI says Ellis should be considered armed and dangerous.
He is accused of stealing a car at gunpoint from a Toledo gas station Monday before robbing a bank. Ellis was on parole for a bank robbery conviction in Michigan in 2012.
