Cleveland Browns rookie receiver Antonio Callaway will fight a marijuana possession charge. Callaway's attorney says they will challenge Strongsville Police, claiming the car was delivered to Callaway from Florida with a relative's pot under the driver's seat.
Callaway was cited over the weekend during a traffic stop but was not charged with having gun parts and ammunition which were also found inside the vehicle.
Callaway traveled with the Browns for their exhibition season opener this evening against the New York Giants.
