(Philadelphia) - The City of Philadelphia is ending a data-sharing contract with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The controversial data-base has been the target of protesters outside of Philadelphia City Hall.
Opponents of the data-base have encamped outside City Hall demanding ICE be banned from having access to the data-base. They say ICE abuses the data to prey on immigrants suspected of being in the United States illegally.
