(Corvallis, OR) - Major League Baseball teams have a difficult decision to make. The amateur draft begins tonight and one of the top prospects is Oregon State left handed pitcher Luke Heimlich.
His stock in the draft may have fallen after word surfaced last year that he molested a six year old niece when he was 15.
Heimlich entered into a plea deal following the 2012 incident. Despite his plea, Heimlich has always denied that anything occurred.
Heimlich was put on probation, took court ordered classes and received counseling. He is expected to be a second round pick in this year's draft.
