You no longer have to make a purchase if you want to visit a Starbucks coffee shop. The company has updated its' guest policy to now allow folks in to use its' rest rooms or stores without buying anything.
The decision has drawn ire from some who claim the cafes could turn in to areas for the homeless to hang out.
There are also concerns the stores could turn in to havens for drug users. Starbucks says employees have been instructed on how to deal with those who are disruptive, sleep inside the stores or smoke or use drugs.
