There Are Health Benefits To Flatulence

Flatulence is often the road to laughter but it can also be a sign of serious health benefits.  Passing gas may actually be good for you and the following are a few examples why.

The Hydrogen Sulfide you breathe in can actually prevent strokes, heart attacks, and cell deterioration, according to 'The Daily Net'.  Passing gas can also mean your gut is working and in happy order.

Holding in your gas boosts pressure on your internal organs but letting it fly relieves that pressure. Flatulence frequency and smell can tip your body off to what it may need more of or less of.

Rancid flatulence could be a sign of brewing health issues and you may want to get checked out.  And finally, passing gas obviously makes you feel better.
