(Anchorage) - Charges have been filed in Alaska against a woman who police say was caught driving a stolen car during a Click It Or Ticket stop.
The Anchorage Police Department says Kaylynn Spindler was pulled over recently at an intersection for not wearing her seat belt but they soon discovered the 2012 Lexus had been reported as stolen a few weeks ago.
The 28-year-old was promptly taken into custody and faces charges that include vehicle theft, driving without a valid license and driving a vehicle without a front plate. She was also slapped with a ticket for not wearing a seat belt.
