"I think I lost consciousness," she said in a statement to police published in Italian media. "When I woke up I was wearing a pink bodysuit and the socks I'm in now. I realized I was in the [trunk] of a car, with my wrists and ankles tied and my mouth taped. I was inside a bag, with only a small hole that allowed me to breathe."
You wonder if the explosion of Instagram models will lead to more issues like this. Sophisticated crime networks know where some of these models are going, because they broadcast it freely, and they know they'll fetch a huge price for human trafficking. It's a sinister world.
