CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cleveland Indians sent their fans home disappointed for the third night in a row at Progressive Field. The scuffling tribe batted one batter above the minimum, with Amed Rosario breaking the perfect game in the 7th inning. In his second career start, Minnesota starter Joe Ryan tossed 7 innings of 1 hit baseball while leading his team to a 3-0 win over the hometown Indians.
The Twins broke through in a back-and-forth pitcher's duel on an RBI double from Nick Gordon. Miguel Sano launched a no-doubt 450 ft blast to right center field off of Nick Wittgren in the 7th inning.
The Indians will look to avoid a four game sweep on Thursday night against the Minnesota Twins. First pitch is set for 6:10 pm ET at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio.
