CLEVELAND--The Cleveland Indians had the bases loaded in the ninth inning and couldn't close the deal. But in the 10th inning, Cesar Hernandez walked off for the first time in his career, leading to the Indians 5-3 win over the Minnesota Twins.

Here was Hammy's final call of the walk-off:

Indians were up 3-0 thanks to a two-run homer by Franmil Reyes (more on Reyes in a moment...) & Austin Hedges RBI single.

Twins tied the game at 3-3 in the sixth inning:

In the bottom of the sixth, Franmil Reyes left the game during an at-bat after straining his left abdominal muscle while in the process of fouling off a pitch.

Indians still get the win and have an opportunity to win the series Sunday afternoon against the Twins. Zach Plesac (RHP' 4-3, 3.93) will start for Cleveland against J.A. Happ (LHP, 2-2 5.35). Coverage begins at 12:05pm with a 1:10pm first pitch.
