ANAHEIM, CA -- The Cleveland Indians had a tall task to face on Wednesday evening with the multi-talented Shohei Ohtani on the hill for the Angels. The tribe and Angels were all tied up through five innings, before the Indians took a one-run lead on a go-ahead RBI single by Josh Naylor. The Cleveland bullpen went on to shut the door on the Angels to secure a 3-2 win, taking two of three from Anaheim to end their west coast trip.

Tribe starter Aaron Civale bounced back after struggling in his previous outing, tossing 7 innings giving up 2 earned runs on 4 hits, while earning his 6th win of the season. Emmanuel Clase was put into the set up role on Wednesday night, as he got himself out of a jam to pitch one scoreless inning before handing the ball off to Karinchak. The right handed flamethrower struck out two batters while earning his 5th save of the year.

The Cleveland Indians will get a much needed day off on Thursday before beginning a home series against the divisional rival Minnesota Twins. First pitch on Friday is set for 7:10 pm ET at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out highlights from tonight's game below!
