Yankees 10 Indians 9 Tribe Swept As This Strange Season Comes To An End

The Indians and Yankees set a record tonight for the longest nine inning game ever played. Two rain delays and 9 inning laters the Indians fell to the Yankees 10-9 at home. With this loss the Indians were swept three games to none in the American League Wild Card Series. Offensively for the Indians Jose Ramirez lead the team with three RBIs followed by Naylor and Luplow who each had two. The Indians had two players with one RBI Cesar Hernandez and Roberto Perez.

The Indians used seven different pitchers. The Indians pitchers struggled giving up eight hits and 10 earned runs.
