In the first face off of it's kind, Joe Biden and Donald Trump appeared in competing town halls on Thursday night, after the President Trump dropped out of the schedule debate.

Trump’s hour appearance on NBC drew criticism across the industry and including a letter from top talent and show runners who work with NBCU blasting the decision to air the event. According to early numbers, Trump appears to be trailing Biden’s 90-minute session in the ratings.

The former Vice President drew 12.7 million total viewers on ABC, while Trump drew 10.4 million in the same 9-10 p.m. time slot.
