The House Judiciary Committee holds its second impeachment hearing Monday. Staff attorneys for the House committees that investigated President Trump will lay out their cases. Republican attorneys will challenge the evidence. White House lawyers will not attend. The administration signaled it will not mount a formal defense until the case moves to the Republican-controlled Senate.
