  • Downtown Cleveland’s 55 Public Square building awarded $5 Million in historic tax creditstoaid the $80 Million dollar revamp scheduled to take place over the next 18 months
  • Sherwin Williams recently submitted plans to the city for their new headquarters in Downtown Cleveland
    • Process continues to move along
    • Built up anticipation and excitement for project set to bring new more jobs to Downtown Cleveland
