As we welcome people back to Downtown Cleveland- we want to make sure businesses are ready and equipped with the tools and support to produce products, experiences and services that will continue to attract them to the core.

  • Downtown Development- indicating prominent future for Downtown Cleveland- post pandemic
    • Sherwin Williams Headquarters- Submitted Concept proposal to the City
      • Across the street 55 Public Square
    • 55 Public Square Awarded $5 million in Historic Tax Credits
    • Business growth happening parallel to residential development

  • Cleveland Playhouse recently announced their 21-22 season
  • House of Blues has been announcing dates for acts, small and large acts
  • Warehouse Wednesdays returns- Happening in July & August
    • Includes: live music, courtyard lunches, comedy
    • Location: Park adjacent to burning River Garden across from Riverbend Condos, W Superior Ave near W 10th St.
  • Bikeshare is back- Dockless e-bikes are available through Lime
    • Great alternatives to scooter- another method of transport throughout Downtown Cleveland- fun recreational activity
