Red-Hot Hawks Roll Past Cavaliers 131-107

ATLANTA, GA -- The Cleveland Cavaliers and Atlanta Hawks were heading in two different directions when they met on Thursday night, with the Hawks winning three consecutive games and the Cavaliers dropping four of their last five games. Atlanta was able to empty their bench with over five minutes to go after a dominating performance through most of the game. A fatigued and undermanned Cavaliers went on to fall to the Hawks by the final score of 131-107.

Surging superstar point guard Trae Young lit up the Cavaliers defense for 30 points and 9 assists,, shooting 9-17 from the field. Clint Capela was in full control of the boards, pulling in 14 rebounds with a dozen points to go along with it.

The Cavaliers will head to the big apple to take on the New York Knicks on Saturday afternoon. Tip-off is set for 1:00 pm ET at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.
