Ken Till is the Vice President of Development for Bedrock, a full-service real estate firm specializing in acquiring, leasing, financing, developing and managing commercial and residential space. With more than 25 years of experience in development, project management and construction, Ken Till has managed assets in all classes including residential, retail, industrial, mixed-use and senior living. In his current role as Detroit-based Bedrock’s first Vice President of Development for Cleveland, Till is responsible for driving the full-service real estate company’s Cleveland-based projects from concept to completion.

In his previous role of Senior Vice President of Development at REDICO, he built and led diverse, cross-functional project teams across all asset classes. Prior to REDICO, Till served as the Director of Construction for The Irvine Company in Newport Beach, CA, Project Manager for Hines Interests in Chicago, and held other various management and engineering positions from Maryland to Texas.

An Illinois native, Ken graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986 with a degree in Architectural Engineering. He also holds a Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of technology, and a Masters in Real Estate Science and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and watching Texas Longhorns football.
