Tim Brick is Gallagher Sharp’s Managing Partner and is active in the firm’s Professional Liability and Business & Employment Practice Groups. He defends attorneys in matters alleging malpractice and regularly represents attorneys in disciplinary procedures. He also represents real estate professionals and accountants in errors and omissions claims and has extensive experience with business and employment matters such as breach of contract, violations of consumer protection statutes, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and similar claims. Tim is a frequent lecturer with respect to the areas in which he practices. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University.
Tim is Cleveland-area born and bred, growing up in Cleveland Heights. He is a diehard Cleveland sports fan who enjoys listening to live music and attending concerts at various venues around town. He and his wife Cecil are the proud parents of three grown children.
