Drew Anderson is Co-founder and CEO of Cleveland Kraut. He grew up managing some of the first farmers markets in northeastern Ohio through the non-profit his mother started, but now he has turned his attention to making the best kraut in the nation. Drew has always had a love for cooking and experimenting with fermented foods. When he left his analytics career to move into food, it felt like he was coming home.
Luke Visnic is Co-founder and COO of Cleveland Kraut, where his focus is on building their manufacturing and production capabilities. Before starting Cleveland Kraut with his two brothers-in-law, Luke was a practicing architect and worked at several established firms in Cleveland before turning his attention to the subtle art of fermentation.
Mac Anderson is a Cleveland native with a passion for business, good food, and good people. After studying Economics at Miami University, Mac started a career in finance and law before ultimately pursuing his longtime passion for business to help start Cleveland Kraut with his brother and brother-in-law. As CMO, Mac has grown Cleveland Kraut sales from a side-hustle at farmer's markets to an industry leading nationwide brand in the fresh fermented space by emphasizing a focus on moments of joy for consumers and partnership with retailers.
