In September 2018, Stephan Paech was appointed as President & CEO of Fives North American Combustion, Inc. As President & CEO, Stephan’s mission outlines opportunities to evolve, innovate, and excel through fire.Stephan’s focus is to drive measurable and sustainable results. These must-win-battles include the optimization of products, decreasing solution costs, and enabling more opportunities to invest in employees.
Together these initiatives will complete Stephan’s vision for Fives North American Combustion to be the most well-respected global leader in the Thermal Process Industry and to become trusted partners for all stakeholders.
Stephan’s key responsibilities include leading the Fives North American Combustion teams located in the U.S., Canada, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Spain.
Prior to joining Fives, Stephan obtained a strong background in project management and procurement, as well as global management. His strengths lead him through various positions at Andritz Inc. including President of Andritz Bricmont Inc. Stephan studied mechanical engineering in Germany at the University of Applied Science Esslingen and holds a Dipl. Ing. (FH) degree specialized in production and organization and an MBA in global management from New York Institute of Technology.
