Lotto Winner Sues His Child’s Mom Over Blabbing About His Winnings

The winner of a $1.35 billion Mega Millions jackpot has filed a lawsuit against the mother of his kid.

According to court documents, “John Doe” is suing after accusing the woman of “telling her family about the win.”

The lotto winner has gone to great pains to remain anonymous…even keeping the secret from most of his own family.

Back in February, a non-disclosure agreement between the two involved parties was signed, requiring “Sara Smith” to keep the winning of the jackpot a secret until June 1, 2032.

The mystery man now wants to know who else she told, and there’s reportedly a penalty of “at least” $100K for “each time she broke the NDA.”
