Spanish Beach Goers To Be Hit With “Peeing In The Ocean” Fine

If you’re planning to visit the beaches of Vigo, Spain, you’d best take care of your bathroom business beforehand.

The city has implemented a new fine system to punish anyone caught taking a leak in the ocean with a fine of $791.
