CLEVELAND, OH--- The Cleveland Browns hosted the LA Chargers Sunday afternoon, losing 30-28 in the final minutes of the game after a crucial interception from Browns QB Jacoby Brissett in the end zone targeting Amari Cooper.

Brissett had a very good game throughout until the last couple minutes, going 21/34 throwing for 230 yards and a TD. Nick Chubb was phenomenal today rushing for 134 yards on 17 carries. Brissett spread the ball around very well today with Njoku leading the team with 88 yards, Cooper close behind with 76 yards and a TD and Peoples-Jones with 50 yards. The Browns on the defensive end couldn't find an answer for either Austin Ekeler or Mike Williams, with Ekeler rushing for 173 yards and scoring once, along side Williams who had 134 yards receiving on the day. Big plays killed the Browns, and Cade York missing 2 field goals did not help either, including missing a 54 yarder with 13 seconds left in the game. The Browns had a chance towards the end, but could not convert a 1st down, forcing York out for a 54 yard field goal.

The Browns host the New England Patriots next Sunday from First Energy Stadium at 1 pm. Listen to the Best Browns Coverage starting at 9 am HERE
