A man indicted in connection with the 2013 killing of a Cleveland nurse will be returning to Ohio.
Aliza Sherman was fatally stabbed 12 years ago in the city's downtown area, and authorities say the killer was her divorce attorney, Gregory Moore.
He was recently indicted by a Cuyahoga County grand jury and arrested in Texas.
He waived his right to an extradition hearing on Wednesday.
