(Cleveland) - It's been four weeks since 17-year-old Madison Rich left her home in Lakewood. On Wednesday, the organization Cleveland Missing held a news conference with Madison's mother and uncle, who pleaded with her to return home.

Madison's mother, Tracy Rich, said, “Today has been 24 days since her friends and family has had any communication with her. It is not like her to not have any communication with anybody, so that is why we are extremely worried and concerned."

One thing new that was said at the news conference is that Madison's family is concerned for her physical and mental health, as she left all her prescriptions at home.

Madison is 5'7" and weighs 110. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Tattoos of flowers are on both her forearms, and a tattoo of a spider and a web is on her left upper arm.

She was last believed to be at the Express Inn at 4511 Northfield Road on August 18.

A ping on Madison's phone showed her phone in the area of the 19000 block of South Miles Road, and also the Lee Road/Harvard Road/Green Road areas on August 21 and 22. Police went to those areas and found no trace of Madison. Since then, she has either turned off the phone or it went dead, as no more pings have been picked up by T-Mobile.

Anyone with information about Madison Rich can call Lakewood Police Detective Michael Perhacs at 216-529-6766 or the Lakewood Police at 216-521-6773.
