(North Olmsted) No jail time for a man who retaliated against a former Uber Eats customer over a bad review. 33-year-old Michael Surratt was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay fines for the August incident when he dumped oil, paint, and garbage on the patio of an apartment at Great Northern Village Apartments in North Olmsted. His actions were captured by a Ring camera. The resident of the apartment had left a complaint about poor service from Surratt.
