(Oberlin) Police in Oberlin are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Monday evening that left a Lorain man dead. The shooting happened in the 100 block of South Pleasant Street, where the body of thirty-one-year-old Donte Noble was found lying in a driveway with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police arrested nineteen-year-old Xavier Smith of Oberlin and charged him with murder. He's currently held in the Lorain County Jail.
