British Fisherman Catches 67-Pound Goldfish in France

A British angler caught a 67-pound goldfish in France. It happened in the Bluewater Lake in the Champagne region of France. The Bluewater Lake is known for its world-renowned carp fishing with reports of fish reaching 90+ pounds in some instances. Andy Hackett said he battled for twenty-five minutes to reel in the Goldfish which is a hybrid of a Leather Carp and a Koi Carp that have been in the water for 20-some years but continued to be elusive. He nicknamed the fish "The Carrot" before finally releasing it back into the waters.
