Malachi House was founded n 1998 through a pioneering effort to preserve human dignity for individuals. The inspiration came from the ministry of Father Paul Hritz and the St. Malachi parishioners who often encountered the homeless. Since their inception, Malachi House has helped more than 2,500 residents and served nearly 500,000 meals. Last year, Gormley’s Pub via the 2021 Middleton Festival of Whiskeys raised approximately $50,000 for Malachi House.
