Guardians clinched the AL Central Division title on Sunday 9-25. This is the first AL Central Division title the team has won in the Guardians era.
Cleveland is celebrating a division title after their 10-4 victory over the Rangers in Arlington. Aaron Civale got the win pitching five innings while giving up two runs on three hits. Steven Kwan crushed a grand slam and drove in five runs and Gabriel Arias had two R-B-I. The Guardians seventh win in-a-row secured the A-L Central title. The team is back in action, when they host the Rays in the first of three games.
