(Cleveland) - A suspect is under arrest in last month's murder of the grandson of Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson.
29-year-old Robert Shepard, according to Cleveland Municipal Court Records, is charged with Aggravated Murder. The cout records say Shepard "directed" Frank Q. Jackson to the spot near an east side housing complex, where he was shot multiple times. It isn't clear if Shepard, or someone else, pulled the trigger.
No details of the arrest have been made, but 3 News says the arrest was made near East 46th and Central Avenue with the help of U.S. Marshals.
A court date has not yet been set for Shepard.
