Cleveland, OH - The Cleveland Division of Police items of interest for May 21, 2021.

A shooting at 4913 Anson Ave. where a 15yr old male victim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. EMS took him to MetroHealth.  

A shooting at 3690 Seymour Ave. where a 28yr old male victim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, EMS took him to MetroHealth.

A shooting at 12200 Emery Ave. where a 47yr old female victim suffered a gunshot wound to the knee, EMS took her to MetroHealth.

A shooting at 10428 Fortune Ave. where a 30yr old male victim suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, EMS took him to MetroHealth.

A serious Crash at E 112th St. and St Clair Ave where a  20yr old male was hit-skipped on a dirt bike. He suffered a broken leg. EMS took him to University Hospital. 

A homicide Investigation at 4006 Lee Rd. where a 19yr old male victim suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to South Pointe. On Thursday, May 20, 2021 at approximately 11:50pm officers responded to South Pointe Hospital for male victim of a gunshot wound, the male was pronounced deceased. On scene it was determined that the victim had been shot inside of a vehicle at the BP Gas Station at 4006 Lee Road and was transported to the hospital in the same vehicle. Members of the Homicide Unit responded for investigation. This matter remains under investigation. Preliminary information indicates that the victim was a passenger in a vehicle at the BP and that two males on foot approached the car he was in and shots were fired. No arrests have been made. This matter remains under investigation.

A homicide Investigation at 8808 Detroit Ave. where a 36yr old male victim suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. Another 42yr old male victim suffered a gunshot wound to his right forearm. He was taken to MetroHealth. On Friday, May 21, 2021 at approximately 315am officers responded to 8808 Detroit Ave. for shots fired. Upon their arrival officers were informed that a 42yr old male and a 36yr old male arrived at Metro with GSWs via a private auto. The 42yr old had a GSW to the arm. The 36yr old male had a multiple GSWs to the chest and was pronounced. Members of the Homicide Unit responded for investigation. Preliminary information indicates that the two males were in the area of W. 88th St. and Detroit Rd. when the 42 year old male was robbed at gunpoint. The two victims fled in a vehicle and the suspect began shooting at the vehicle, both victims were struck by gunfire. No arrests have been made, this matter remains under investigation.
