This was the big one that broke the game open for Cleveland:

Reds and Indians are scheduled to play on Mother's Day (weather forecast is scheduled for all-day rain). Indians will start Sam Hentges (LHP, 1-0) while the Reds will start Tyler Mahle (RHP, 1-1). The winner of this final game will win the Ohio Cup. Cleveland has held the cup since 2014.
