Cleveland Cavaliers Fall to Golden State Warriors 119-101

CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cavaliers were hoping to catch the Warriors off guard after Golden State arrived to Cleveland at 3:00 AM, but the Warriors did not waver. After a sluggish start, the Warriors caught their groove, cruising to a 119-101 win over the Cavaliers.

Former league MVP Steph Curry managed to score 33 points despite shooting 4 of 13 from beyond the arc. Andrew Wiggins held the hot hand on the perimeter, knocking down 5 of 8 three balls on his way to 23 total points. Bench man Juan Toscano-Anderson had an eye opening performance, scoring 20 points and roping in 7 rebounds.

Collin Sexton led the Cavaliers in scoring with 30 points on 10-19 shooting from the field.. Cleveland big man Jarrett Allen secured a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds.

The Cavaliers will take Friday off before squaring off against the Chicago Bulls. Saturday's tip-off is set for 8:00 pm ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
