Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Raylon McCants.
McCants is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police and the US Marshals Service for the charge of Homicide.
McCants, 21, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 175 pounds. McCants’ last known address is near the 3500 block of East 105th Street, Cleveland.
