That Wasn't A Bomb Outside A SW Ohio Church

(New Miami, Ohio) - The bomb squad in Southwest Ohio's Butler County was called out recently to a report of a suspicious package left on the doorstep of a church in the town of New Miami. When the Bomb Squad members got there, they didn't hear the ticking of a bomb, but rather, they heard purring.

Inside the duffel bag was a mama cat, and her six one-day old kittens. There was a note left with the bag saying "Sprinkles," the mother, went into labor the day before.

Sprinkles and her kittens were taken to an animal shelter nearby, where they are warm, cozy, and are being fed.
