DETROIT, MI -- The Cleveland Indians came into Sunday afternoon's game looking to end their road trip on a good note by taking three of four games in Detroit. Carlos Carrasco took the ball for the tribe and was nearly perfect, giving up one lone hit in 7 full innings of work, while striking out 11 of 24 batters faced. Despite a slow start, the tribe got the offense going in the middle innings as they rolled to a 7-4 victory over the Tigers.

Detroit starter Matthew Boyd had a perfect game going through four innings, before the Indians started knocking on the door. With two men on and two outs, Delino Deshields ripped a two RBI base hit to center field, putting the tribe ahead 3-0. Jose Ramirez continues to sizzle at the plate, launching a two run blast in the 5th inning, and going yard once again in the 7th inning, marking his fourth multi home run game of the season.

The Indians took three of four games to end their 9-game road trip, reducing their magic number to just three games to clinch the MLB Playoffs. Carlos Carrasco earned the win, moving him to a 3-4 record on the season with an impressive 2.90 ERA. Matthew Boys was hit with the loss, knocking him down to a 2-7 record.

The Indians will head back home to host the White Sox in a four game series to begin their final homestand of the regular season. Monday night's matchup will pit Aaron Civale against Dane Dunning. First pitch is set for 6:10 pm ET at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out highlights from today's game below!
