InfoWars Correspondent In Portage County Court

(Ravenna) - A correspondent for the right-wing website InfoWars was in Portage County court on Monday, facing felony charges including robbery.

Millie Weaver, along with her brother and boyfriend, all pleaded not guilty. Bond was set at $20,000.

Police records obtained by cleveland.com say Weaver's mother told Portage County deputies that she was recording audio of the three verbally abusing her, when they saw her phone in her pocket, and attacked her. The incident happened in April; the three were indicted in July.

Weaver recorded a portion of the arrest with her phone, and claimed she was about to reveal "huge breaking news." She later released a video claiming evidence of a government mind control program to remove President Trump from office.

InfoWars is the website founded by Alex Jones, who has made claims such as the 9/11 attacks, and the killing of children at Sandy Hook Elementary School, being orchestrated by the government.
