Study: Cleveland Among America's Worst Run Cities

The list of the 'Best and Worst Run Cities' in America is out and the City of Cleveland ranks near the bottom of that list, according to a study by Wallet-Hub.

The city of Cleveland checks in near the bottom of the list, as it holds down the 139 spot in the Wallet-Hub survey.

The study took into consideration a number of factors including violent crime, unemployment rate, percentage of residents living in poverty and long-term debt outstanding per capita.

The Best Run Cities in America are Nampa, Idaho, Boise, Idaho, Provo, Utah and Durham, North Carolina. The worst run cities are New York, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Gulfport, Mississippi, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.
