The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Arthur Wilson. Wilson is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department for sexual assault of a child.
Wilson, 48, is a described as a black male, standing 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 235 pounds. Wilson is known to frequent the east side of Cleveland and Warrensville Heights.
