Cleveland - The Cleveland Division of Police asking for your help in finding Charles Collum.
Officers say Collum is schizophrenic and is need of his medication.
He was reported missing by his case manger, and was last seen February 5th at the Euclid Avenue Centers for Family and Children. Authorities have also checked at the group home at 3814 Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights, but to no avail.
Police say he may be in route to Pennsylvania where he reportedly has family.
Collum was last seen wearing khaki pants, a gray hoodie and a green jacket.
