Cleveland - Cleveland Police are asking for your help in finding the parents of guardians of a 2-year-old.
They say the toddler pictured above was found by a pair of students cold, alone and wandering the streets near Hope Academy.
The child was taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital for precautionary evaluation by EMS.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or (216) 621-1234.
