Newburgh Heights – On Friday, April 5th at 10am, Knez Homes and the Village of Newburgh Heights will break ground on the first new residential home built in Newburgh Heights in 50 years.

The home to be constructed, and groundbreaking will occur at 3788 Washington Park Boulevard. There will be a brief ceremony and remarks regarding this historic event for the Village of Newburgh Heights.

“This is another step in a long process we’ve engaged in to revitalize Newburgh Heights and make it a community where home buyers seek to put down roots and raise their family,” said Mayor Elkins about the groundbreaking.

The Village has set a goal of up to 120 new single family residential structures over the next 5+ years with the intent of attracting as many as 500 new residents by 2030.
