The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Ricky Jackson. Jackson is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Drug Enforcement Agency for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute controlled substances.
Jackson, 29, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 168 pounds. Jackson’s last known address is the 5400 Block of Grasmere Ave, Maple Heights. Jackson is also known to frequent the area of 15800 Huntmere Ave, Cleveland.
