GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- The Cleveland Indians arrived to spring training looking very different and full of questions. Las Vegas oddsmakers don't seem to care. The Tribe is still an overwhelming -400 favorite to win the AL-Central Division for what would be a fourth consecutive season.
Oddsmakers at the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas also set the Indians regular season win total at 90.5 wins. That's the highest number of any club in the AL-Central. Here's how the rest of the division looks ranking by win-total according to oddsmakers:
Cleveland Indians 90.5
Minnesota Twins 83.5
Chicago White Sox 76.5
Kansas City Royals 70.5
Detroit Tigers 69.5
The American League clubs with the highest win-total projections are the New York Yankees and Houston Astros at 96.5 wins. The Boston Red Sox were slated with an OVER/UNDER of 93.5 wins.
