Former Brown Kellen Winslow Jr., Arrested For Burglary

ENCINITAS, CA - According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Kellen Winslow Jr., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of residential burglary in Encinitas. The former Browns tight end was taken into custody after deputies were called to a possible burglary in a mobile home park.

The 2004 first-round pick was released on bail early Friday, and in a statement his attorney said: "Mr. Winslow emphatically denies committing any burglary....and looks forward to being vindicated once this matter is fully investigated..." .

Winslow played for 9 years in the NFL, 4 of those with the Browns, retiring after the 2013 season.
