(Cleveland) -- Northeast Ohio residents are waking up to the coldest temperatures so far this winter. The National Weather Service says a Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until 11 a.m. for temperatures that feel as cold as 15-below zero. A Lake Effect Snow Warning continues for the Snowbelt counties until 4 p.m Cleveland city officials are opening warning centers in response to bitter cold temperatures. Residents who need a warm place can go to the Zelma George, Collinwood, Michael Zone and Lonnie Burten recreation centers. The warming centers will be open 24 hours a day at least until Saturday when they will reevaluate the weather.
