There are celebrations in the streets of Raqqa as U.S.-backed forces claim they are now in full control of the Syrian city after driving out ISIS.  The U.S. Central Command said earlier that more than 90% of Raqqa had been recaptured after a months-long campaign.  Forces backed by American airstrikes have been fighting ISIS inside Raqqa since June.

The city that ISIS once called its capital was used as a base for the group to plan attacks abroad.
